This program is not for athletes only, this is for anyone needing a mindset reset or an ear to hear. Transform your mindset with a transformative coaching session lead by me, Puetzy. Similar to a counseling session, we will sit down and self-assess, release tension, and set new intentions. You will feel heard, create clarity, and highlight the best version of you. I am here to help you tackle any challenges you're facing, encourage, inspire, and motivate along with developing habits, creating accountability, and establishing a positive mindset for success. $70 per session (1 hour) $250 for 4 sessions
